Refund policy


Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do NOT offer returns or exchanges.

If there are any issues, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. We want you to have the best experience possible, so if your candle happens to arrive broken or damaged, please email support@dalmend.com with a picture of your damaged item within two (2) days of receiving. Refunds or replacements will be carried out if applicable.

Please double-check that you have entered a deliverable address. Though we will contact our carriers on your behalf, we are ultimately not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
