01When will my order arrive?
We offer multiple shipping options. Free shipping is the slowest method, arriving in approximately 20 days, for collectors who can wait. Golden Express is our fastest method, arriving in 2 to 5 business days.
For last-minute gifts, Golden Express is the right choice. It comfortably reaches you before most birthdays, anniversaries, Mother’s Day, or Valentine’s Day if you order in time. Every order ships tracked and insured worldwide.
02Are all pieces identical?
No, and that is the point. Not all shapes are alike. Every Dalmend piece is hand-poured by a single artisan. Subtle variations in surface, silhouette, and finish are signatures of the maker, not flaws. No two pieces in the same edition are mathematically identical. The piece you receive carries the small evidence of being made by hand.
03Can I request a custom design or finish?
Yes. We offer a beeswax customization that creates a deeper, warmer yellow tone in your piece.

04How is my order packaged?
Every piece arrives in our premium signature box with a magnet closure, lined with a protective wrap-around cradle that holds the sculpture firmly in place during transit. The box is designed to be both a transit container and a gift-ready vessel. It is built to be kept, not discarded.
05Is anything else included with my order?
Yes. Every Dalmend order ships with a complimentary small piece from our atelier, included as a token of appreciation for choosing our work. No code required, no minimum, no opt-in. It arrives nested beside your main piece in the same presentation box.
06How is each piece prepared before shipping?
Every piece is hand-finished and carefully cleaned in detail before it leaves the atelier. The cleaning and finishing process takes several hours per piece. We keep each sculpture at the proper temperature throughout cleaning, inspection, and packing to preserve the surface integrity and finish. By the time your piece reaches you, it has been touched, inspected, and approved by hand.
07What is the scent when I open the box?
Each presentation box is lightly misted with our signature Dalmend perfume before sealing. The scent is meant to set the mood of the unboxing, a subtle reminder that this object was made with intention. The fragrance fades naturally over time but lingers in the box for several weeks, so the experience travels with the piece.
08What is the piece made of?
A blend of sustainably sourced soy wax and ethically harvested beeswax, hand-poured into sculptural form. Select pieces carry a botanical fragrance blend. No paraffin, no phthalates, no synthetic dyes. Vegan-friendly options are available on request.
09What if I do not love my piece?
Send it back within 30 days, in the original presentation box. We arrange the return label at no cost to you and refund the full purchase. Our return rate is only 1.2%, but we want you to feel certain before you commit.
